I love making salsa because its so simple to make and the taste is amazing. Salsa has many ways to make it and the basic recipe is my favorite. So if your in the mood for salsa here is an easy spicy salsa recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 large plum tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion.
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
  • 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice.
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced.

Instructions

  1. 4 large plum tomatoes diced
  2. 2. chopped white onion.

    3. chop cilantro

    4. add tomatoes, onions, and cilantro in a bowl. Add the minced jalapeno, fresh lime juice, salt and garlic.

    5. Let sit out for 30 minutes and store in refrigerator until served.

    Serve with fresh tortilla chips
