DIY White pumpkin wreath with pinecones

Fall season is a beautiful time of year. It is one of my favorite times to decorate my home with vibrant colors. Here is a beautiful way to create a wreath for the fall with white pumpkins, eucalyptus and pinecones. You can add it to your front door.

The inspiration to make this wreath was from this video I taped of my home for a fall home decor tour. The home tour was hosted by Two Bees in a Pod.. Here is the link to the home tour post. It gave me so many ideas for the fall. You can check out the Youtube video.

What Size white Pumpkins To Use.

The key to making this wreath is using small pumpkins of all different sizes. I used from 2- 3 inch diameter in size. They come in plastic or velvet . Velvet is great for inside where the plastic is good for outside. You can get a bag full of mini pumpkins

Materials needed to Make White Pumpkin wreath

  • Grapevine Wreath Form
  • Eucalyptus: I used faux but you are welcome to use dried.
  • Pinecones: Pick some in my back yard.

How To Make White Pumpkin wreath

To add color to the wreath I glued eucalyptus leaves all over wreath. Make sure if you are using faux leaves that they are not wrinkled like mine. I had to iron them.

Use all different size mini white pumpkins and glued them on the wreath. Make sure you add the pinecones in between the pumpkins.

Add extra glue at any point on the pinecones and pumpkin.

Once the wreath has dried. I gathered long piece of wire and insert it into the back of the bow. I created the bow with some leftover buffalo fabric. Tie the wired bow on top of the wreath. This post has directions to make a similar bow at the end of the post
