Gluten free Lemon Bars

My mom even back in the 70’s made us lemon bars. Throughout the years it has become a very popular dessert. I continued making them for my family and soon enough it was one of my kids favorite dessert. Lately I have been eating less gluten. At times I do make recipes with flour but most of my recipes are gluten free. I feel better overall with my health. I don’t have any celiac disease or sensitive digestive system. It was my own decision to eat less gluten.

What is GLuten Free Flour

Gluten free flour is made from non gluten products such as rice flour, coconut flour, potato, and buckwheat. There are many others sources out there that are used to make gluten free flour.
