I love to eat outside and setting a beautiful table. This time for dining alfresco I used a large picnic table located down the street in my neighborhood. For more ideas on how to decorate a stylish picnic table in your own very backyard you could bring a large farmhouse style table outside and do the same thing in your back yard. I am renting now and my large table is in storage.
I added my stenciled picnic tarp I created a few months ago. It has come in handy this summer. It can be used on the ground or like here on a table. I wanted to add some colorful picnic decorations to give the table a wow factor. For a last-minute picnic table ideas, I think any bright colorful tablecloth would do the trick as well. To create this picnic tablecloth see it here!
For a picnic centerpiece, I added two large lanterns with lots of succulents scattered around the table. I have been decorating with them lately and these little succulent candles are so cute. They are by Tinkertoy. I won them in a giveaway through my friend Amy’s from mylifefromhome. For more picnic supplies I added my favorite William Sonoma plates and their crystal goblets that can be used for water, wine or lemonade. To make it even more stylish I added vintage silverware.
Please stop by to visit everyone’s beautiful table and I would like to thank Chloe from Create & Decorate for doing such a fabulous job!
