How To Make Natural Wood Garden Bunny

  1. First, grab some craft wood, preferably something thin so it’s easy to work with. Start by sketching out the shape of the ears directly onto the wood. Don’t worry if the lines aren’t perfect just make sure they’re roughly the size and shape you need. Once you’ve got the outlines drawn, carefully cut them out using whatever a small saw or craft knife
  2. aAfter you’ve cut out the ears, it’s time to attach them. You can use wood glue for a strong hold, or hot glue if that’s what you’ve got on hand. it works pretty well and dries faster.
  3. Apply the glue to the base of each ear, then press them onto the surface where you want them to stick. Hold them in place for a few seconds to make sure they’re secure. Give the glue enough time to dry completely before moving on to the next step

4. This part I had the steady hand. What you will need is a magic marker and a few pictures of bunny faces. You can copy mine. Very easy to draw. The bigger bunnies I created this face in the pic below. For the smaller bunnies that shows a side profile all you need to do is make a dot for the eye and another large dot for nose.

5. Spray the bunnies with clear finish.

To protect the bunnies from rain, spray them with Krylon clear finish.
