Valentine’s Day should be all about enjoying your time with loved ones. So here is 3 super easy recipes for Valentine’s Day brunch.

3 Super Easy Recipes For Valentine’s Day Brunch:

Valentine brunch ideas don’t have to be difficult to make so I carefully choose 3 recipes that you can make either ahead of time or the same day.  You can also freeze some of these 3 super easy Valentine’s brunch menu ideas ahead of time. My recipes are heart shaped brownie recipe. crustless quiche muffins and Nutella croissants recipes.

Brownie Recipe For Valentine’s Day Brunch:

  • Krusteaz Brownie Mix
  • Strawberries

I followed the recipe on the box. Once the brownies cooled down to cut out the hearts with tin mold. Sliced the strawberry in half. Use the smallest heart shape mold to create little hearts to be placed on top of brownies.

Ingredients Crustless Quiche Muffins

  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  •  1 clove of garlic crushed
  •  1 medium tomatoes diced
  •  2 cups of chopped spinach
  •  4 large eggs
  •  1/3 cup of low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  •  3 oz of parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz of  chicken kielbasa diced.

Diced up the onion, tomatoes, garlic, spinach, and kielbasa. Toss in a hot skillet for 5 minutes. In large bowl whisk milk, eggs, flour, and cheese. Add the spinach mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased muffin pans and baked at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Inspiration from Skinny Taste.

These mini quiche appetizers are great for a light meal. They are low in calories which is a bonus for me.

Ingrédients: Nutella Croissants Recipe.

  • Pillsbury Croissants
  • Nutella

Unfold croissants and add 2 tablespoons of Nutella. Roll them up and place on a cookie sheet in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Oven at 350 degrees.

The Nutella croissants have a fabulous taste because of the nutty flavor. It’s the perfect addition for me to my menu.

For the Valentine’s party decorations, you can using fresh or dried flower arrangement in the center of the table. Take either a white or colored table-cloth and style it so it drapes all the ways down the center of the table for an elegant garden look.

  8. I love this idea! All of the recipes look easy enough for me and they show so nice. My very first attempt at doing a post was valentines day homemade chocolates in heart shapes. It was such a mess I never published it. Brings back memories. I think I am going to do a little planning for our home. Your family was lucky, they are going to get it twice~
