Timeless blue and white tablescape is something you can’t go wrong with for your next party. Against a green garden background, they make a beautiful table setting. This combination feels fresh in the Spring and Summer months.
For place setting ideas.
The cobalt blues are stunning for my dishes which have a Moroccan theme for a laid back but pretty feel during dinner and drinks. Can you believe this set is a Melamine set that typically used for picnics or outdoor entertaining? I love them dearly and so practical.
I love how classic crystal goblets are and how they create a shimmer look against the overall table-setting. I am very minimalist when it comes to decorating less is always more for me. When I am press for a time the goblets are used for wine or water whatever the guests want.
Sterling silver vintage flatware adds some charm to the table. I have been collecting vintage flatware for years and love interchanging them.
Initially was planning on adding white hydrangeas, but these red beauties were given to me by my husband for Mother Day. The bouquet of red roses in the white pitcher really blended well the blue-white dishes. The roses remind me of Italy! Many of the places like Tuscany and Rome use roses for the center table. It definitely has rubbed off on me.
Linen is something that sets the stage for a table. Classic all white tablecloth and napkins are my preferred choice. Since I love blue and white. May consider sewing up some tablecloths with this lovely color combination.
What kind of tablescape do you like and would you use blue-white dishes at your next gathering. I am participating in a creative blog hop, so stop by to see everyone’s projects.
