How To Make No-Sew Fabric Pumpkins
Here is a cute now-sew craft to get you excited for the fall. In this fun craft, I will show you how to make a no-sew fabric pumpkins with scraps of holiday fabric.

You can use any kind of fabric, including knitted fabric such as sweaters. Here is another cute pumpkin craft using sweaters.
Supplies Needed To Make Fabric Pumpkins:
- 5 inch foam balls
- Scraps of fabric such as cotton, knitted or broadcloth should be 8-10 inch around.
- Twine
- Glue gun and glue stick
- Scissors

How To Make The Pumpkins:
Make sure you iron the fabric and cut any threads hanging. Place the foam ball on the middle of the fabric.

How To Wrap The Fabric Around Foam Ball:
Wrap the fabric around the foam ball and gather with your hand all the fabric at the top. Take the twine and tie around the area of the stem tightly.

Creating The Stem From Twine:
Before creating the stem cut off 3 inches of fabric which will leave you about 2 inches of fabric perfect for the stem. Take the twine and wrap around over and over the fabric until you form a stem.

When you reach the top of the stem, add some glue to keep the stem together. No need to add a ton of glue, a few drops is all your need.

Tips To Making the Fabric Pumpkins
After the pumpkins are finished you can pull out very carefully the fabric from the sides to make it fuller. Don’t pull to hard or you will pull out the fabric from the stem. I added a little glue dot on the bottom of the pumpkins if you want to place by itself on a side table or mantel. I place most of my pumpkins in baskets or trays.
