Table setting with vintage gloves at a tea party, shallow focus

Father’s Day is around the corner and I though it be cool to make some fun gift ideas at my party.  Starting with a home-made card. You can get some really cute printables for father day  from Digi Mamas Blog . Make sure you have a color printer and you are all set. Use a left over white envelope that we all tend to collect! I have tons. After you print the printable, cut it out and its ready to sign and put into an envelope.

father card 2

To go with the card we baked some really…….

1/4 cup of butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 cup of powder sugar

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

pinch of salt mix

mix all ingredients

Roll the dough out and use a homemade tie pattern and place it of over the dough and use a cutting knife to cut out the tie pattern. Make as many as you want!

Hi Maria, You have a beautiful blog! Your ideas for a Father’s Day party is incredible. I love the invitations and tie cookies. They are incredibly creative! Our Father’s Day celebrations here in Seattle tend to be pretty typical – card, present, and a brunch out somewhere nice. This year though, we are taking my husband to a couple of breweries after brunch (I’m the designated driver so he can enjoy the day). BTW, I used to live in the South (Savannah) and I miss the sunshine. Thanks again for finding my blog!

    • Maria Brittis

So glad you joined the party! Savannah is only 20 minutes away from me! I hope you can stay in touch! Join my subscribe to keep up with whats happening and I will as well with yours.
