The holiday season is coming and I am getting excited to dress up my home. So I started planning some decor ideas from foyers to dinner tables. I confess I get stressed out with planning the menus, looking for the right gift and the whole 9 yards. But what I have learned is to incorporate sweet smells of the holiday by adding holiday candles throughout my home and baking my favorite dessert alleviates my stress.

Let’s start with my foyers. When you enter my home it’s a grand foyer to the main living space right ahead. To make these spaces merry and happy for the holidays  I spray daily scents of  Happy Glow™ – Apple Cinnamon Scent and place a  Glade® 3.4 oz Small Jar Candle of Apple Cinnamon on my foyer table. For the dining tables, I created a sweet-smelling garland of pine needle branches, berries, apples, and pine-cones. For the dessert table lots of pretty gold accents and my favorite desserts.

Supplies

  • 8-10 Pine Cones
  • 7 Pine Needle Branches
  • 4 or 5 Berries Branches
  • 4 Apples

One of the first things I do is set the table. This way I have a clearer vision of where I want everything placed.

 Pine Needle Branches

 Step 1:

Add the pine needles in the center of the table.

Pine Cones

Step 2:

Paint the pinecones gold for a glittery vibe.

Apples

Step 3:

These are not real apples, you can find them at any hobby store. Just add them throughout the pine needles. If you like, spray the Glade® 8 oz room spray of apple cinnamon scent, all over it.

BERRIES

Step 4

If you love the look of berries as much as I do. place these babies at the ends of the garland.

Voila! Sweet smelling holiday garland!  For a perfect dessert table add some more sweet holiday smells by adding my favorite dessert Raspberry Cinnamon Chocolate Bar, pretty gold accents and a Glade® 3.4 oz Small Jar Candle of Apple Cinnamon.
