In my opinion, gold never goes out of style in decorating as long as you use it sparsely. Here are 10 ideas to decorate with gorgeous gold accents.
Gold isn’t just for the holidays or parties. It has been the key color in adding that WOW factor in decorating my home. I have been enjoying this luxurious color in small doses and it’s so easy to work with.
1. Gold Accents
Recently in my decorating projects, I have chosen lots of whites and beiges. So the white Dawson table collection from Pottery Barn highlighted my color scheme. For the fall instead of oranges and browns I incorporated gold, white and added some fun accents such as the gold pumpkins on my Dawson pedestal coffee table.

Sometimes you can find that one piece of furniture that you would normally not buy but it is perfect for a wow factor.

They are one of my favorites. Its designs are taken from the ’50s and it will truly be a conversation piece to any family or friends gathering. As much as I love my Dawson Table, I’m still pondering whether to do another redecorating project or maybe I’ll add these to my Christmas list.

The lighting fixture is a perfect way to add glamour to a room that needs it. Recently my daughter’s new home lighting was dull, so she added this pretty gold. It brightened up the place.
