It’s holiday photo card time. Does this annual tradition stress you out? It does for me. This year I decided to do things a bit different and create a story using Minted Booklette Holiday Card.

I always felt that a holiday photo card should reflect what has happened throughout the year, a story of what our home is like and what everyone is up too. My hope is that the recipient can share in the memories.

Here are a few ideas to capture the joy of the season. What’s great about the Minted’s new unique Booklette™ cards, I’m able to share more photos, which mean more memories.

Family Photos

I uploaded several photos of the family with a touching statement. I capture one photo of each of my kids, hubby, myself and grandkids.

Holiday Recipe

As much as I enjoy reading all the letters that I receive from family and friends. I started thinking, how can I give something back in a card? I  wanted to create something unique.

The booklet is wonderful because I can add other surprises. It dawned on me that many of these people I am sending the cards to were part of my earlier years when we gathered together at each other homes. I  remember the Snowball Christmas cookies that everyone loved.  I added the holiday recipe hoping that it can be useful and a remembrance.

The Latest!

This year I didn’t write a long letter, but instead, I kept it short and sweet. A new grandbaby, new home and another national championship win for the hubby. I think that’s enough information. I truly feel that this holiday booklet is the ultimate holiday card in which you can tell a sweet story without sounding too long.

I love this idea, Maria! We actually gave our son and DIL their gifts already when we went shopping at the Mall of America last month, but this sweet card idea might be a wonderful small gift to give that would highlight our trip.

Thanks for sharing this idea ~ pinned and shared to my page for you,
    Hugs and blessings,
    Barb 🙂

This is truly a special way to celebrate family Maria. We always give gifts but this is so much more personal.
