Valentine Brunch Menu Ideas

Valentine brunch ideas don’t have to be difficult to make so I carefully choose 3 recipes that you can make either ahead of time or the same day. Since Valentine’s Day falls on a Wednesday this year, you can prepare a little brunch the Sunday before. Thats what I am planning for the family. You can also freeze some of these 3 super easy Valentine’s brunch menu ideas a head of time. My first recipe are my valentine brownie recipe. I used a  heart shape tin molds to cut out the brownies. For the valentine party decorations you can using  fresh or dried flower arrangement in the center of the table. Take either a white or colored table-cloth and style it so it drapes all the ways down the center of the table for an elegant garden look.

Valentine Brownie Recipe:

This recipe was fun to make with the heart shape tins.

Krusteaz Brownie MixHeart shape molds(Tins)Strawberries

Followed the recipe on box. Once the brownies cooled down cut out the hearts with tin mold. Sliced the strawberry in half. Use the smallest heart shape tin to create little hearts to be place on top of brownies.

Crustless Quiche Muffins

These mini quiche appetizers are great for a light meal. They are low in calories which is a bonus for me.

1/2 medium onion diced1 glove of garlic crushed1 medium tomatoes diced2 cups of chopped spinach4 large eggs1/3 cup of low-fat milk1/3 cup flour3 oz of parmesan cheese/ 6 oz of  chicken kielbasa diced.

Diced up the onion, tomatoes, garlic, spinach and kielbasa. Toss in a hot skillet for 5 minutes. In large bowl whisk milk, eggs, flour and cheese. Add the spinach mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased muffin pans and baked at 350 degree for 25 minutes. Inspiration from Skinny Taste.

Nutella Croissants Recipe.

The Nutella croissants  have fabulous taste because of the nutty flavor. It’s the perfect addition for my  to my menu.

Pillsbury CroissantsNutella

Unfold croissants and add 2 tablespoon of Nutella. Roll them up and place on cookie sheet in over for 15 minutes until golden brown. Oven at 350 degrees.

I could definitely use those quiches right about now. They look so healthy. And I too am a firm believer that Valentines day doesn’t need to be only for dinner.

I love this idea! All of the recipes look easy enough for me and they show so nice. My very first attempt at doing a post was valentines day homemade chocolates in heart shapes. It was such a mess I never published it. Brings back memories. I think I am going to do a little planning for our home. Your family was lucky, they are going to get it twice~
